Lift both your legs together slowly till they are perpendicular to the bed surface.

Hold for just 30 seconds.

Return to the straight lying position.






· Lie on the back, knees bent, feet on the bed surface, arms extended from the shoulders, palms downwards.

Keeping the shoulders flat on the bed and knees together, roll legs slowly to the left side until left leg touches the surface of the bed.

Hold for 30 seconds.

Repeat the above exercise on the right side.

Hold for 30 seconds.



· Lie down straight. Lift both your legs together to 60 degrees.

Lift your head and try to touch your toes with your hands.
