Hi!


I am Kajal Nambiar. Fitness is my passion and I practice what I preach and what works, I believe in sharing.

The purpose of my writing this blog is to reach out and share my experiences and knowledge as a fitness trainer and counselor with those hundreds of people who are struggling with weight loss issues.


Recently I came across a beautiful article from a book called “Die Empty” by Todd Henry, which has actually inspired me to take the plunge.


Todd Henry has written this beautiful book “Die Empty” where he has tried to motivate people to pour out their energies in their communities and turn them into something useful.


In the words of the author


“If you have an idea perform it "

"If you have knowledge give it out”

“If you have a goal achieve it”


"Love, share and distribute, do not keep it inside.

Do not keep the goodness inside you and die full of ideas. "


“Give maximum energy to all and when you work on something, do it the best way.”

“Be inspiring, and optimistic.”


I would be addressing the major concerns of most of you, who are struggling with weight loss issues.

I will guide you step by step, so that it becomes easy to adopt the healthier lifestyle.

There are reasons why some people lose weight more easily than others.


I’ll be discussing all the possible ways to help you with your fitness diet plans and weight loss tips in my upcoming posts.

Everyone, men and women , all age groups , young and old can benefit from the information that I plan to share.

I am coming out with my next post in a week’s time with my endeavor to reach you as soon as I can as I am sure you must be eager to start your fitness journey right away.
